GCF PICNIC! The GCF Summer Picnic will be Saturday, July 26, at Chain O'Lakes State Park. Join us for a picnic, games and free time to hike, swim or go canoeing! We plan to serve lunch at noon in the picnic area up on the hill just East of the parking lot for the beach on Sand Lake. Ask for a map of the park at the Gate House where you will have to pay $5 per car as an entrance fee. You can also meet Roy Carlson at 10 am in the north parking lot of Northrop High School and car pool and caravan up to the lake together. The Northrop High School north parking lot is on Cook Road at the first stop light west of the Coldwater Road intersection. Roy will lead you west on Cook Road to US 33 and then north to IND 9. You will turn right on to IND 9 and drive about four miles to the Park entrance on the right. The Gate House is about one mile down the road. Park at the Sand Lake Beach parking lot.
