I hope this email finds you well!
I am writing to ask your assistance in helping the Office of Career Services promote the upcoming Career & Internship Fair on Thursday, September 25, 2008 from 10 AM-3 PM in Walb Ballroom. There will be 70 companies attending, and a variety of internships and full-time positions are available to IPFW students and alumni.
I've attached a flyer that can be printed out and displayed in your general office area, if possible, and I'm also hoping that you could send it out on the department listserv (students, faculty, or both), if you haven't already, to raise awareness of it. Although we are marketing it through other ways, you are a crucial source of information for department administration, faculty, staff, and students, and any help you could give us in promoting this career fair would be greatly appreciated.
